چکیده
Cet article décrit la réalisation et mise en oeuvre du thermocycleur d’une puce PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) par des étudiants ingénieurs de niveau M1/M2 à ESIEE Paris. Les réalisent salle blanche un prototype PCR. Ils mettent une électronique commande pour assurer les cycles chauffage/refroidissement nécessaire duplication brins d’ADN. Le procédé micro-fabrication puces inclut deux étapes photolithographie avec dépôt métal passivation. L’électronique est constituée partie détection température, température asservissement numérique. Ici, Arduino utilisé afin contrôler phases thermocycleur. l’électronique sur plaquette d’essais.
